As an operator's assistant, you carry out the work assigned by your supervisor. One day it will be to help with production or supervise the line and the next to assist the production staff. Each day, more tasks will await the assistant operator. It is also up to the assistant operator to keep the environment clean and to help other colleagues or work in other departments when needed. As an assistant operator, you will do a different job each day. It is very important that as an operator assistant you realise how much depends on your job well done. • experience in production work;
