As a production worker, you perform the work assigned to you by your supervisor. One day it will be lining up bottles another, capping them, and the next you will have other tasks waiting for you. It is also your job as a production worker to keep your surroundings clean and to help other colleagues or work in other departments when necessary. As a production worker you will do a different job each day. It is very important that as a production worker you realise how much depends on your job well done.

• experience in production work;
• a very high level of responsibility for the work performed;
• ability to work two shifts;
• ability to communicate in English or Dutch at a basic level;
• own accommodation;
• own transport;
• willingness to work long term;

• Two shifts 06.00-14.30 and 14.30-23.00;
• Rate of pay depending on experience €12.64-€13.79 gross per hour;
• Shift bonus 10% after 19.00;
• Travel allowance for people from outside Almere €0.21/km;
• Holiday pay 8%;
• Holiday hours;
